PDF Print Engine :: Features • The printer has the ability to custom build each clients layout (no web developer needed). • Each online account is secured with password protection for accessing the clients account. • If the client has multiple products, a product list is available to select a specific product. • If the client has multiple layouts, a list of layouts is available to select a specific layout. • The client can enter their own information, view their proof, edit and approve their order. • On the proof, the layout is displayed as a PDF file with the appropriate artwork in place. • The client has the option to "hold" their order (if necessary) for 15 days before approving it. • The client can edit their layout as many times as necessary to get it just like they want. • Once the client approves, the layout & order are emailed to the manufacturer as a PDF. • A second party (print dealer), and third party (client admin) can also be copied on orders. • Each account has an Admin Section that allows the client to set up a variety of controls. • Status Reports are available for administrators to review the order history of an account.
